To make a payment from a checking or savings account at a financial institution other than CCU, login to our payment center. You will have the option of making one-time or recurring payments.

Payments may be made over the phone by calling 423-639-6131 or 865-541-1239. A service fee will be charged for phone payments made from financial institutions other than Consumer Credit Union and payments made using debit card.
